Therefore, Baħar in Maltese; Al-Bahr (Arabic: البحر, romanized: albahr) in Arabic; and Bahir (Amharic: ባሕር, romanized: baḥiri in Amharic - Bahari / Tigrinya: ባሕሪ, romanized: Bahri in Tigrinya).
