Bill Tytla

Vladimir Peter "Bill" Tytla (October 25, 1904 – December 30, 1968) was a Ukrainian-American animator known for his work during the Golden Age of American animation, in the Walt Disney Productions animation unit, Paramount's Famous Studios, and Terrytoons. In his Disney career, Tytla is particularly noted for the animation in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, Fantasia (The Sorcerer's Apprentice and Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria segments) and Dumbo.

Vladimir Peter "Bill" Tytla (October 25, 1904 – December 30, 1968) was a Ukrainian-American animator known for his work during the Golden Age of American animation, in the Walt Disney Productions animation unit, Paramount's Famous Studios, and Terrytoons. In his Disney career, Tytla is particularly noted for the animation in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio, Fantasia (The Sorcerer's Apprentice and Night on Bald Mountain/Ave Maria segments) and Dumbo. He was inducted as a Disney Legend in 1998. Tytla was also known for co-creating Little Audrey for Paramount Pictures alongside Seymour Kneitel.
