Elinzanetant, sold under the brand name Lynkuet, is a medication used for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) due to menopause. It is taken orally. The drug acts as a selective neurokinin NK1 and NK3 receptor antagonist.

Elinzanetant, sold under the brand name Lynkuet, is a medication used for the treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flashes) due to menopause. It is taken orally. The drug acts as a selective neurokinin NK1 and NK3 receptor antagonist. Elinzanetant was approved for medical use in the United States in October 2025. The US Food and Drug Administration considers it to be a first-in-class medication.
