Roman goddess of trust
In ancient Roman religion, Fides (Latin: Fidēs) was the goddess and embodiment of trust, faithfulness, and good faith (Bona Fides). Fides was one of the original Roman virtues to be cultivated as a divinity with ceremonies and temples.
