The Hali Dam (Arabic سد حلي) is a gravity dam on Wadi Hali, about 14 km (8.7 mi) east of Keyad in Mecca Province of southwestern Saudi Arabia. It serves multiple purposes, including flood control, irrigation, municipal water supply, and groundwater recharge, and has a reservoir capacity of 249,860,000 m3 (202,560 acre⋅ft), making it the second largest in the country after the King Fahd Dam; it was constructed between 2003 and 2009 and is operated by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
