Hallie Shoffner (born 1986 or 1987) is an American politician and former farmer from Arkansas. Shoffner is a sixth-generation Arkansan and formerly ran her family's farm, but "left the agriculture industry last year due to tariffs and other financial strain on farmers." In March 2026, Shoffner won the Democratic Party nomination for the 2026 United States Senate election in Arkansas with over 78% of the vote in the primary election. She is challenging incumbent Republican senator Tom Cotton.
