Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited (SEHK: 1076) is a Chinese investment holding company. It was incorporated on 27 July 2001 in Bermuda and subsequently registered in Hong Kong as a non-Hong Kong company. Its headquarters were based in Hong Kong. The company was originally named First Natural Foods Holdings until it was renamed in May 2014. It was majority owned by Cui Lijie and her son Ji Xiaobo (Chinese: 纪晓波) through their investment vehicle Inventive Star Limited. In April 2022, the trading of the company's shares was suspended by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to the delay in publishing its financial results. In February 2024, the company was delisted. In April 2024, the Hong Kong High Court made a winding-up order against the company on the ground of insolvency. Its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Imperial Pacific International (CNMI), LLC, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in the Northern Mariana Islands. In August 2025, its former casino resort in Saipan was sold under bankruptcy to an investment group founded by Jin Song, a business associate of Cui Lijie and Ji Xiaobo.
