Isaac P. Witz (Hebrew: יִצְחָק וִיץ; November 7, 1934 – January 12, 2026) was an Israeli immunologist and cancer researcher, who was professor Emeritus at the Shmunis School of Biomedicine and Cancer Research at Tel Aviv University (TAU), where he was once the vice president for Research and Development and the Dean of Faculty of Life Sciences. He was one of the scientists who laid the foundations of the tumor microenvironment (TME) research field.
