María Isabel Medina Peralta (born 2002) is a Spanish far-right activist associated with neo-Nazism, as well as Falangism. She came to public attention at age 18 in February 2021 after making a speech against Jews at an event in honour of the Blue Division. Three months later, she spoke at a demonstration outside the Moroccan embassy, for which she was convicted of hate speech and sentenced to a year in prison in April 2025. In March 2022 she was deported from Germany and banned for life from the country, with authorities describing her as "a danger for security and public order".
