Lee Edward Bowers Jr. (January 12, 1925 – August 9, 1966) was an American railroad employee who was a witness to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Bowers' testimony to the Warren Commission, and his subsequent interview comments, differed in certain aspects from the official conclusion that all shots were fired by Lee Harvey Oswald from the Texas School Book Depository building.

Lee Edward Bowers Jr. (January 12, 1925 – August 9, 1966) was an American railroad employee who was a witness to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. Bowers' testimony to the Warren Commission, and his subsequent interview comments, differed in certain aspects from the official conclusion that all shots were fired by Lee Harvey Oswald from the Texas School Book Depository building. The circumstances of Bowers' death in a car accident in 1966 led to allegations that his demise was part of a cover-up of the Kennedy murder.
