Lee So-sun (Korean: 이소선; 1929 – September 3, 2011) was a South Korean labor activist. She became involved in the labor movement after her son Jeon Tae-il, a sewing worker and labor activist, self-immolated in protest of poor working conditions.

Lee So-sun (Korean: 이소선; 1929 – September 3, 2011) was a South Korean labor activist. She became involved in the labor movement after her son Jeon Tae-il, a sewing worker and labor activist, self-immolated in protest of poor working conditions. She helped found the Cheonggye Garment Workers' Union and the Korean Association of Bereaved Families for Democracy, and was arrested multiple times by the government of South Korea. She continued to remain active in the labor movement until her death at the age of 82 in 2011. She is commonly referred to as the "mother of laborers" for her activism.
