Ludwig Kaas (23 May 1881 – 15 April 1952) was a German Catholic priest who led the Centre Party during Hitler's rise to power in the Weimar Republic, where he played a key role in supporting the Enabling Act that transformed Germany into a totalitarian dictatorship. Alongside Eugenio Pacelli, his longtime friend, he was instrumental in brokering the Reichskonkordat between the Holy See and the German Reich.

Ludwig Kaas (23 May 1881 – 15 April 1952) was a German Catholic priest who led the Centre Party during Hitler's rise to power in the Weimar Republic, where he played a key role in supporting the Enabling Act that transformed Germany into a totalitarian dictatorship. Alongside Eugenio Pacelli, his longtime friend, he was instrumental in brokering the Reichskonkordat between the Holy See and the German Reich. Following Pacelli's election as Pope Pius XII, Kass assisted the pontiff in communications with the German resistance, and, following the conclusion of the Second World War, led the discovery of Saint Peter's tomb.
