Machine-translated from the German article

May The Muse, born Désirée Dorothy Mishoe and raised in the German- and French-speaking part of East Belgium, is an American-German-Danish singer-songwriter, producer and multidisciplinary artist. May The Muse has made an international name for herself through a blend of alternative pop, soul, electronic music and cinematic songwriting. Although she was dropped from the choir at the age of twelve because her voice was supposedly too unique, she abandoned a successfully begun modelling career to enter the music industry.
