Miglieglia (Italian pronunciation: [miʎˈʎeʎʎa]; Lombard: Mijoja) is a former municipality in the district of Lugano in the canton of Ticino in Switzerland. On 6 April 2025, the former municipalities of Astano, Bedigliora, Curio, Miglieglia and Novaggio merged to form the new municipality of Lema.
