Olga Sofia Ravn (born 27 September 1986) is a Danish poet and novelist. She won Denmark's Beatrice Prize in 2019. Her novel The Employees was shortlisted for the 2021 International Booker Prize and the Ursula K. Le Guin Prize and longlisted for the International Dublin Literary Award and the translated literature category of the US National Book Award. Her novel The Wax Child was longlisted for the 2026 International Booker Prize. She is also a translator and has worked as a literary critic for Politiken and several other Danish publications.
