Her company, Peggy Siegal Company, which has offices in New York, Los Angeles, and London, was described as one of the top 12 media marketing firms in 2018. In 2019, in light of Siegal's previous association and social relationship with financier Jeffrey Epstein, several studio clients such as Netflix, FX Networks, and Annapurna Pictures severed ties with Siegal and her company.
