Per Brinkemo

Machine-translated from the Swedish article

Per-Ingvar Bertil Brinkemo, born 22 May 1960 in Gothenburg, is a Swedish children's book author, journalist, lecturer and contributor to the right-wing publication Bulletin. With the book Mellan klan och stat – somalier i Sverige, published in 2014, Brinkemo introduced the concept of clan into the public debate on immigration and integration. The book met strong criticism, as several commentators considered that it spread racist caricatures of Swedish Somalis.
