Pienzenau

Machine-translated from the German article

Pienzenau is the name of an old Bavarian noble family. According to tradition, the first scion and namesake of the family was a knight named Benz von Au (near Ulm), born around 890/900 AD. As a reward for his loyal service to his lord, he received an estate, which he named Benzenau after his own name.
