The Post-'80s or Post-1980s is a Chinese colloquial term referring to the generation in Mainland China born between 1980 and 1989, especially in urban cities, after the introduction of the one-child policy. It is the Chinese counterpart to older Millennials in the Western World, the first post-Cultural Revolution generation, and the first to grow up entirely within the reform and opening up era.
