PPF (company)

PPF Group is a privately held Czech investment group headquartered in Prague. Its businesses include banking and other financial services, telecommunications, media, e-commerce, real estate, engineering and biotechnology, with operations in 25 countries across Europe, Asia and North America. Its major holdings include Air Bank, telecommunications companies O2 Czech Republic and CETIN, media group CME and transport engineering company Škoda Group. As of 31 December 2025, the group had consolidated assets of €42.617 billion. The group traces its origins to a privatisation fund established in 1991 by Petr Kellner and partners during Czechoslovakia's voucher privatisation programme. Kellner remained its controlling shareholder until his death in March 2021, after which his shareholding passed to his heirs. Since October 2025, PPF has been wholly owned through Amalar Holding by Kellner's widow, Renáta Kellnerová, and her three daughters. Kateřina Jirásková and Didier Stoessel have served as co-chief executives since July 2025. In April 2026, the group’s parent company moved its registered office from the Netherlands to the Czech Republic and changed its name from PPF Group N.V. to PPF Group a.s.
