Psagot (Hebrew: פְּסָגוֹת, lit. 'Peaks') is an Israeli settlement in the West Bank, located on Tawil hill, adjacent to the Palestinian cities of Ramallah and al-Bireh. Established in 1981, it is organised as a community settlement and falls under the jurisdiction of Binyamin Regional Council, with the council's headquarters located there. In 2024 it had a population of 2,298. The international community considers Israeli settlements in the West Bank illegal under international law, but the Israeli government disputes this. The Israeli Psagot Winery was established in the settlement on privately owned Palestinian land; a demolition order (COGAT Order 252/03) was issued by the Israeli authorities against the winery as, even under Israeli law, the Israeli building over privately owned land was illegal. As of 2019, the order had yet to be enforced.
