Rage and Glory is a 1984 Israeli historical drama film written and directed by Avi Nesher, and starring Juliano Mer, Rona Frid, Yigal Naor. It follows a group of Lehi fighters in the early 1940s and led by Eddie (Mer). The film was released in Israel in November 1984. Upon its release, during the First Lebanon War is provoked controversy from both the left and the right in Israel. However, it was acclaimed by foreign film critics. In 2017, The Jerusalem Cinematheque's Israel Film Archive digitally restored the film. The new version premiered at the Jerusalem Jewish Film Festival in December 2017.
