Seonsan-eup (Korean: 선산읍), is an eup or large village in Gumi, North Gyeongsang, South Korea. It has an area of 69 km2. There are several historical landmarks in Seonsan, including two Joseon Dynasty schools: Geumo Seowon and the Seonsan hyanggyo. In addition, South Korean national treasure number 130, the five-storied pagoda of Jukjang-dong, is located there. As of May 2022, the population was around 14,000. This is a marked decline from past years; in 1995, its population had been 21,385. That number dropped to 15,001 by the end of 2020, and 14,623 by the end of 2021. The population is expected to continue dropping.
