From Wikipedia

Street Hawk is an American action television series that aired for 13 episodes on ABC in 1985. The show follows Jesse Mach (Rex Smith), an ex-motorcycle cop recruited for a top-secret government project to ride an advanced all-terrain attack motorcycle designed to fight urban crime. Created by Paul M. Belous and Robert Wolterstorff, with its core format developed by producer Bruce Lansbury, the series was produced by Limekiln and Templar in association with Universal Television at a cost of approximately $1 million per episode. The 70-minute pilot featured Christopher Lloyd as a villain and was scored by Tangerine Dream, who provided the electronic soundtrack for the series. Originally planned for the fall of 1984, the series was pushed to mid-season after Call to Glory performed well in its intended slot. Street Hawk premiered on January 4, 1985, and ran until May 16, 1985. Despite its short run, the series was sold to 42 countries worldwide.
