Zenati Berber language of northern Morocco
Tarifit (also known as Riffian; endonym: Tmaziɣt or Tarifit/Tarifect) is a Zenati Berber language spoken in the Rif region in northern Morocco. It is spoken natively by some 1,200,000 Riffians, comprising 3.2% of the population of Morocco, primarily in the Rif provinces of Nador, Al Hoceima, Driouch, and Berkane.

Tarifit (also known as Riffian; endonym: Tmaziɣt or Tarifit/Tarifect) is a Zenati Berber language spoken in the Rif region in northern Morocco. It is spoken natively by some 1,200,000 Riffians, comprising 3.2% of the population of Morocco, primarily in the Rif provinces of Nador, Al Hoceima, Driouch, and Berkane. It is also the second most spoken language in Melilla, an autonomous Spanish city, after Spanish.
