Wester Yang (simplified Chinese: 杨若晖; traditional Chinese: 楊若暉; pinyin: Yáng Ruòhuī), also known as Ruohui Yang, is a Chinese democracy activist based in Canada. He founded the Assembly of Citizens, a Toronto-based organization of Chinese students and young people that advocates democracy and human rights in China.

He founded the Assembly of Citizens, a Toronto-based organization of Chinese students and young people that advocates democracy and human rights in China. His activism has included organizing demonstrations associated with the White Paper protests, campaigning against alleged transnational repression of Chinese dissidents, and testifying before the United States Congressional-Executive Commission on China (CECC).
