Andrei Fyodorovich Dunayev (Russian: Андрей Фёдорович Дунаев; born 27 August 1939) is a Soviet and Russian politician who served as Minister of Internal Affairs from 13 September 1991 to January 1992, and as acting minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, according to Vice President Alexander Rutskoy, from September to October 1993, during the 1993 Russian constitutional crisis. He was a People's Deputy of the RSFSR from March 1990 to October 1991.

Andrei Fyodorovich Dunayev (Russian: Андрей Фёдорович Дунаев; born 27 August 1939) is a Soviet and Russian politician who served as Minister of Internal Affairs from 13 September 1991 to January 1992, and as acting minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, according to Vice President Alexander Rutskoy, from September to October 1993, during the 1993 Russian constitutional crisis. He was a People's Deputy of the RSFSR from March 1990 to October 1991. He was chairman of the board of directors of Globex Bank and a retired lieutenant general in the internal service.
