Mohammad-Esmaeil Kowsari (Persian: محمداسماعیل کوثری, born 3 March 1955) is an Iranian military officer and principlist politician who was the deputy chief of Tharallah Headquarters, an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps unit responsible for maintaining security in Tehran. Kowsari is currently a member of the Parliament of Iran representing Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat and Eslamshahr since 2021.

Mohammad-Esmaeil Kowsari (Persian: محمداسماعیل کوثری, born 3 March 1955) is an Iranian military officer and principlist politician who was the deputy chief of Tharallah Headquarters, an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps unit responsible for maintaining security in Tehran. Kowsari is currently a member of the Parliament of Iran representing Tehran, Rey, Shemiranat and Eslamshahr since 2021. He was also a member of Iranian Parliament from 2008 to 2016. As of 2014, he was the head of the Iranian parliament's committee on defense and national security. He was also a special commission for examining the JCPOA member.
