Judd Apatow

Judd Apatow (/æpətaʊ/; Flushing, Nueva York; 6 de diciembre de 1967) es un realizador y comediante estadounidense. Es el fundador de Apatow Productions, productora a través de la cual produjo y desarrolló la serie de televisión Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared, Girls, Love, and Crashing y dirigió las películas The 40-Old-Old Virgin (2005), Knocked Up (2007), Funny People (2009), This Is 40 (2012), Trainwreck (2015), May It Last: A Portrait of the Avett Brothers (2017) y The Zen Diaries of Garry Shandling (2018). El trabajo de Apatow ha ganado numerosos premios, entre ellos el Primetime Emmy Award, el Creative Arts Emmy Award,​ Hollywood Comedy Award y el AFI Award for Bridesmaids (2011).​​ Sus películas también han sido nominadas para los Premios Grammy, Premios PGA, Premios Golden Globe y Premios de la Academia.
