Kevin R. Hayden (born c. 1968) is an American lawyer currently serving as District Attorney for Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Hayden was appointed by Gov. Charlie Baker in January 2022, and was later elected to a full term in November 2022 after winning the Democratic primary and the general election.
