Ross Smith (born 12 January 1989) is an English professional darts player who competes in Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events, where he is ranked world number fourteen; he reached a peak ranking of world number nine in 2024. Nicknamed "Smudger", he has won 12 PDC titles in his professional career, including two major titles, the 2022 European Championship and the 2026 World Series of Darts Finals. Smith previously competed in British Darts Organisation (BDO) events, reaching the quarter-finals of the 2011 BDO World Darts Championship. He won four titles on the 2013 PDC Challenge Tour (now the PDC Development Tour), the most of any player that year. After claiming his first PDC ranking title at Players Championship 19 in 2021, he won his maiden PDC major title at the 2022 European Championship, defeating Michael Smith 11–8 in the final. He has since won seven more Players Championships and two European Tour titles.
