Telex or TELEX (Vietnamese: Quốc ngữ điện tín, lit. 'national language telex'), is a convention for encoding Vietnamese text in plain ASCII characters. Originally used in telex systems, it is now one of the most widely used Vietnamese input methods on computers, phones and other digital devices.

Originally used in telex systems, it is now one of the most widely used Vietnamese input methods on computers, phones and other digital devices. Vietnamese Morse code uses the TELEX system. Other systems include VNI and VIQR.
