Zvi Eckstein (Hebrew: צבי אקשטיין; born April 9, 1949) is an Israeli professor emeritus and former dean of the Tiomkin School of Economics and head of the Aaron Institute for Economic Policy at Reichman University in Herzliya. He is a professor emeritus at Tel Aviv University's Eitan Berglas School of Economics, and the Judith C. and William G. Bollinger visiting professor at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
