Elmo is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, administratively a frazione of the comune of Sorano, province of Grosseto, in the tuff area of southern Maremma. At the time of the 2001 census its population amounted to 44. Elmo is about 90 km from Grosseto and 6 km from Sorano, and it is situated along the Provincial Road which links Sorano to Selvena. The village is situated at the foot of the Monte Elmo, one of the southern slopes of Monte Amiata.
