The station's studios are located at the intersection of Wilshire and Hauser Boulevards in the Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, and its transmitter is atop Mount Wilson. In addition to a standard analog transmission, KNX-FM broadcasts in the HD Radio format and streams online via Audacy. KNX-FM's HD2 subchannel carries a simulcast of KNX-AM that was formerly used on the HD1 channel and KNX-HD3 features a non-stop dance mix-show format billed as "Fire Lane".
