Antonino "Tonino" Accolla (6 july 1949 – 14 July 2013) was an Italian actor, voice actor and dubbing director. He was a well-known voice dubber, with the public mainly identifying him as the Italian voice of actor Eddie Murphy and Homer Simpson in The Simpsons. He also served as the Italian voice of Timon in The Lion King, and Mike Wazowski in Monsters, Inc.. He also directed the dubs for several episodes of The Simpsons as well as films such as The Silence of the Lambs, Speed, True Lies, Romeo + Juliet, Independence Day, Titanic, Legally Blonde, The Devil Wears Prada, Borat, V for Vendetta, Hairspray, The Simpsons Movie, and Avatar.
